RUOK Day: Supporting Student Welfare
Staines Memorial College celebrated RUOK Day by handing out free icy poles to students and creating ugly dolls.
The icy poles served as a conversation starter, reminding everyone to check in on one another.
Our Year 7 students explored God’s love while making ugly dolls, learning that just like the dolls, each of us is unique and imperfect, yet wonderfully made by God (Psalm 139:14). They were reminded that our flaws do not diminish God’s love for us.
