Official Building Opening

Queensland MP Lance McCallum officially opens new building by cutting ribbon at private school in Ipswich.
Today was another significant day for our College where we said ‘thank you’ to God and our many supporters.

With the College continuing to grow steadily, there is an ongoing need to provide facilities that keep pace with that growth, and so today we officially opened the extension of an additional four General Learning Areas for our Primary students, along with staff and storage spaces.

We would like to particularly thank the Queensland Government for their contributions towards these building projects under the State Capital Grants Assistance Scheme.

These additional classrooms have helped us to continue to accommodate our student needs, and for that we are grateful. We would also like to thank the Block Grant Authority for their interest in our College, and their support in hearing and granting requests for funding at our site.

Thank you also to Mr John Lyndon, Chief Executive Officer of Christian Community Ministries, and Mr Lance McCallum, Local Member for Bundamba who helped us celebrate this event.

Devotion – Be real

Devotion – Be real

Jesus was rough on Pharisees: ‘Outwardly you look like righteous people, but inwardly your hearts are filled with hypocrisy and lawlessness’ (Matthew 23:28 NLT). They put on a good front but were devoid of grace, mercy, and compassion. And Jesus called them on it! Because we live in an appearance-focused society, Jesus warns us about the dangers that come from dwelling on the outer life at the cost of developing the inner life. So, how do you keep that from happening?
