New Staff Member

Hi, my name is Naomi Williams and I am the new singing tutor at Staines Memorial College.

I am originally from Adelaide and moved to Queensland 10 years ago to pursue study in social justice, and worked as a school chaplain for Scripture Union.

Prior to my role at Staines, I was finishing a Diploma of Music at Tafe Queensland where I was able to perform as a singer and pianist at the Princess Theatre in front of a crowd of 300 people.

My music journey has led me to releasing music on streaming platforms and I enjoy producing music as well as performing and teaching. I plan to release an album at some stage.

My passion is to bring fun and joy into music education so that students are enthusiastic about using thier gifts and talents for God’s glory.
