IMPACT 2024 - Culture Expressed Through Dance and Performing Arts

The evening was not just a showcase of our students’ talents, but a powerful expression of gratitude and praise, bringing our community together to honour God through music, dance, and cultural presentations.

IMPACT stands for Instrumental, Music, Performing Arts, Cultural, Talent, and this year’s lineup truly embodied this spirit. The night was filled with a rich tapestry of performances that highlighted the diverse backgrounds and talents of our students.

From the energetic beats of the African and Māori dances to the graceful moves of our Staines Performing Arts Group in their Hip Hop and Lyrical dance routines, every performance was a testament to the creativity and hard work of our students.

Highlights of the Evening:

  • Snow White and the Seven Bikies: A unique and entertaining twist on a classic tale.
  • Cultural Dances: Featuring Māori, Tongan, Samoan, and African dance performances that showcased the rich cultural heritage within our community.
  • Staines Performing Arts Group: Delivering powerful performances with their Hip Hop Dance Troupe in “Hair Up” and a moving lyrical dance in “What Was I Made For?”
  • Musical Performances: Including “Part of Your World,” “Ben” by Michael Jackson, and “Dear Reader,” which captivated the audience with their emotional depth and musical prowess.

The evening concluded with a sense of unity and joy as we celebrated the gifts that God has given each of our students. We are incredibly proud of everyone who participated and contributed to making IMPACT 2024 a resounding success.

We’ve captured the essence of the night in over 100 photos and a special video filled with the highlights.
