Teacher Aide Appreciation Lunch

At Staines Memorial College, we know that education is a team effort, and we are incredibly blessed to have an amazing group of Teacher Aides who work tirelessly to support our students in their learning journey. These individuals are often the unsung heroes in the classroom, offering assistance, care, and encouragement, ensuring that each student gets the attention they need to thrive.

On Monday (the 9th of September) we took the opportunity to show our appreciation by putting on a big lunch in their honour. It was a well-deserved break for our Teacher Aides, and a moment for all of us to acknowledge the hard work they do every single day.

From helping students with additional needs, to assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment, the impact our Teacher Aides have on our students is immeasurable. Their patience, dedication, and compassion are qualities that make a real difference in the lives of the children they work with.

We are incredibly grateful for everything they do, and this was just a small way for us to say “thank you.” The lunch was not just a meal—it was a celebration of the vital role our Teacher Aides play in the success of our school community.

To all our wonderful Teacher Aides at SMC: We see you, we appreciate you, and we thank you for your commitment to making Staines Memorial College a place where every student can grow and succeed.
