Our Primary students invited their parents and carers to join them at school for an afternoon of fun and learning. The day started with a relaxing picnic on our beautiful grounds, where families played games and enjoyed each other's company.
After the picnic, parents and carers moved into the classrooms, where students proudly showed all the hard work they’ve done throughout the year. From colourful art projects to detailed assignments, it was a chance for families to see just how much their children have accomplished.
At Staines Memorial College, we are proud of our strong sense of community and the growth our students have made in faith, learning, and character. Days like today remind us of the wonderful partnership we have with our families in supporting each child’s development.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of our 2025 College Captains and Prefects. We look forward to working with them.

I would like to introduce myself as a new Bus Driver.
My name is Andrew Cross. I am married to Denise Cross, and we have three children: Rachel, Joel and Jessica.
I have worked in a number of Christian Schools across Queensland: Townsville, Whitsundays, Brisbane and Ipswich.
My family served as missionaries in Thailand for a total of 5 ½ years, during which my wife, Denise, taught at a Christian school in Bangkok.
