How it works
Our bus service runs daily across key suburbs with simple booking, clear communication, and safe travel for every student.
Download the bus forms below.
Submit the Bus Application Form via email to info@staines.qld.edu.au or return a hardcopy to our College Reception.
After your application is received, the Bus Coordinator will contact you to confirm service availability. Families may use the bus service once they have received written confirmation from the Bus Coordinator.

Yes, we offer a discount for the second child, and the third child can travel at no cost – similar to our tuition fees.
Bus fees may be paid in full upfront or in instalments, following the same payment options available for school fees.
If your child misses the bus to school, the bus driver will attempt to contact you by phone.
If your child misses the bus home, you will need to collect them from Reception before 4.00pm.
