What a wonderful evening we had as we gathered for our 20th Anniversary Dinner last night!
It was a true blessing to be joined by past Principals, long-serving staff, and faithful supporters who have each played a part in the Staines story over the past two decades. Together, we shared memories, laughter, and reflections on the journey God has taken us on—from humble beginnings to the thriving community we are today.

It’s Origin Day here at SMC! It has been great to see so many students getting ready for the State of Origin by wearing their team colours!

We had a blast celebrating Under 8s Day today at Staines Memorial College! Our littlest learners from Kindy to Year 2 came dressed as astronauts, aliens, and everything in between, bringing our space theme to life with colour and creativity.

We had the pleasure of welcoming the Bundamba Fire Department to Bethany Oval for a special fire safety incursion with our Kindy and Year 1 students.

Our Lower Primary students joined millions of children across Australia for the 25th National Simultaneous Storytime, and what a fantastic experience it was!

Last Tuesday, our Year 11 and 12 students attended the RACQ Docudrama, a road safety program that uses real-life scenarios to highlight the risks of unsafe driving.
