Our Kindy children love to dance and play. They thoroughly enjoyed having our college students visit recently to share their dance skills.

The Preps had an early Father's Day celebration.

This year, our Kindy to Year 6 students took part in the Book Week Costume Parade. Dressed as their favourite book characters, they proudly showcased their costumes to parents and fellow students during the parade. Afterward, they continued marching around the school, giving high fives to the secondary students and teachers. Notably, this was the first time our Kindy students participated in the event.

This week’s character strength was ‘Perseverance’.

After some fun with musical instruments, the children enjoyed reading "We're Going on a Bear Hunt" by Michael Rosen. We then set up activity stations inspired by different scenes from the book, such as crossing a river, braving a snowstorm, and swishing through grass.

To celebrate Book Week, our Monday-Wednesday Kindergarten students dressed up as their favourite book characters.

On Wednesday, August 14th, our Chicken Club students had the exciting opportunity to attend EKKA Show Day. We got to see our Light Sussex show chickens, which we had entered into the competition.

Last Friday (the 9th of August) our Prep students visited Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary and got up-close with wildlife.
