WELCOME TO
STAINES MEMORIAL COLLEGE
A Prep to Year 12 independent Christian school where students grow in faith, learning, and character. Guided by a Biblical worldview, they strive for excellence, make meaningful progress each year, and develop lifelong qualities to flourish in every area of life.

Our history
Our journey began with 35 primary students in a single building at Springfield, with Mrs Joy Robson as the Teacher in Charge. This photo captures the very first day of Staines Memorial College.

Our staff members had grown to eight, Mr. Norton Sands was appointed as our first College Principal.

Our student body grew to 200 across both Primary and Secondary. The first level of our Secondary Learning Centre (SLC) was constructed, and we celebrated the graduation of our inaugural Year 12 cohort.

Our enrolment reached 300 students, we held our Official College Opening Ceremony and welcomed Mr. Nick Makin as our Deputy Principal.

We celebrated our 200th student graduating from SMC, began construction on the final stage of PLC- A, and proudly joined the GBC sports competition.
