Kindy Classes Play with Giant Rainbow Parachute

On Monday morning (13/05/24), our Kindy classes joined for outdoor fun and games with a large rainbow parachute.

Mrs B and Miss Jones helped our Kindy kids spread the large rainbow parachute instructing them to grab an edge and walk backwards.

Then, on the count of 3.’ everyone lifted the parachute and it rose up like a giant mushroom.

Mrs B and Miss Jones then led a range of exciting team activities which caused our children to work together and giggle at the same time.

Harmony Day

Our college body represents 45 different nationalities and cultures. At Staines, we celebrate diversity and encourage our students to dress in cultural attire and be proud of their origins. We teach that all people are made in the image of God, all descendants of Adam and therefore all of equal dignity and worth.

Today, was an action-packed day of celebrations; with crafts, cultural dances and a Teachers vs Students basketball game.
