Teaching & Learning

Teaching for Learning is our core responsibility. The College leadership is focused on training all staff to continually improve practice. For students to succeed, they need to feel secure and valued, and that it is worth them making attempts.

Developing persistence comes through individual efforts and consistent encouragement from parents and staff. Our staff excel in care and are great practitioners who are committed to further improvement. Our Head of Teaching and Learning leads teachers in regular professional development. Our teachers share their expertise within and beyond our College. Some documents that describe our practice follow. The most important meeting of a year should be the parent-teacher interview. Looking forward to seeing you there and at our end of year celebrations.
